From an early age, I’ve been captivated by the stories that shape people’s lives and how they end up where they do. I would spend hours immersed in biographies, documentaries, and interviews, always eager to uncover the deeper “why” behind their journeys. This fascination only deepened during my teenage years and early adult life, as I sought to understand human behavior and the transformations that drive personal and professional growth.

This lifelong curiosity has been the driving force behind my career. Experiencing coaching firsthand was a pivotal moment—it opened my eyes to new possibilities, unlocked my potential, and ignited my passion for empowering others to grow, thrive, and achieve their goals.

Today, I am an entrepreneur and founder of my executive coaching practice, renowned for guiding business owners, entrepreneurs, and next-generation leaders through transformative journeys of personal and professional mastery. With 15 years of international experience, I have partnered with leaders from family businesses and enterprises across the US, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia, bringing a truly global perspective to my work. I am deeply committed to exploring topics such as resilience, confidence, and purpose. My work is influenced by neuroscience, particularly the principles of neuroplasticity and neurolinguistics, which reveal the extraordinary power of our thoughts and the profound impact they have on shaping our reality. My coaching approach is rooted in the principles of mindfulness, self-awareness, and intentional growth. That’s why I prioritized obtaining a strong academic education to ensure I bring both professionalism and depth to my work, giving my clients the highest standard of support and guidance.

I hold a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from the UK’s Henley Business School, a globally recognized leader in coaching education and triple-accredited program by the leading coaching institutions (ICF, AC, EMCC). My academic background includes a BSc in International Economics from Bocconi University in Milan and a MA in International Business from Cologne Business School in Germany.
